Chelsea Wolfington

Chelsea was born and raised in DFW and moved to Denton in 2007. She met and married her best friend, and they are raising their two children here. She graduated from UNT with a BS in Criminal Justice in 2017 with plans to work in crime scene investigation. However, after the birth of her son, she decided her calling was in birth work. She has been serving birthing people and their families as a birth doula and childbirth educator since 2018 and joined a local practice, North Dallas Doula Associates, recently.

She also co-founded Labor of Love Denton with her sister-in-law to spread awareness and support in her community for safe and competent reproductive care. When she isn't thinking about birth, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Their favorite things to do together are building lego sets on quiet days or exploring all the fun things Denton has to offer, like the Denton Community Market.
