Deborah Smith

Deborah Smith comes to the Denton Community Market with a long history of investing in the lives of others and valuing a strong community. 

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies she went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, both from Texas Women’s University, Denton.  She put her degrees to use working at Children’s Medical Center, and then, rounded out her education by completing her Executive Master’s in Business Administration from Baylor University.

Deborah has been a Denton resident since moving here with her family in 2010.  They are members of First Baptist Denton and she, along with her husband and two children love to spend time together exploring the diverse activities and festivals the city has to offer, including the Denton Community Market.
