I’m a local, small-batch coffee roaster in Arlington, TX and I’m passionate about bringing out the distinctive flavors of coffee from around the world. My business name—Veracity—reflects both my pursuit of truth and my love of light (City) roasts. I think that light and medium roasts best reveal the true flavors of my diverse beans. Through my commitment to just practices, I source all of my coffee from suppliers who pay a fair price and sustain healthy relationships with local farmers. I also roast in small batches to ensure precision and freshness. Finally, I care about my local community and invest by donating a portion of our sales to Mission Arlington/Mission Metroplex
